Who we are
This site is run by ACE Partnerships Ltd, based in Leeds, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at adam@acepartnerships.com.
What we collect
When you use the Notify me box, we collect your email address, the energy colour you picked, the date and time, and the fact that you signed up from this page. We do not use cookies or advertising trackers on this page.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email address to tell you when ACE is ready to launch. We do this because you asked us to, which is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees it
Sign-ups are stored in a private Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, so Google acts as our service provider and may process the data on servers outside the UK under its standard safeguards. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until we have sent the launch message, and for up to 12 months after that unless you ask us to remove it sooner or you choose to stay in touch.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
